1. Description of service

MyAgenty is an online platform that connects people seeking migration advice with registered migration agents listed with the Migration Agents Registration Authority (MARA) in Australia. Our services include: • Listing of MARA-registered migration agent profiles. • Online appointment booking system. • Video consultation coordination via Google Meet. • Payment processing for consulting services. Important: MyAgenty is an intermediary platform. We are not a migration law firm and do not provide migration advice directly. All advice is provided exclusively by the MARA-registered agents listed on our platform.

2. Registration and account

To book appointments you must provide accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your username.

3. Bookings and appointments

• • Bookings are confirmed once the corresponding payment has been processed. • You will receive an email confirmation with the Google Meet link for the video call. • Availability is subject to the selected agent’s schedule. • MyAgenty does not guarantee specific migration outcomes — the advice and its results are the responsibility of the MARA agent.

4. Payments

• • The price of each service is clearly displayed before confirming the booking. • Payments are processed securely through certified providers. • Prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. • MyAgenty retains a service commission for the intermediation. Details are provided at the time of booking.

5. Cancellation and refund policy

• • Cancellation more than 24 hours in advance: full refund. • Cancellation less than 24 hours in advance: no refund, except in exceptional circumstances assessed case by case. • No-show: no refund. • Cancellation by the agent: full refund or free rescheduling. 6. Agent responsibilities

Migration agents listed on MyAgenty: • Must be registered and active with MARA at the time of providing their services. • Are responsible for the advice provided and for compliance with Australian migration legislation. • Must keep their availability updated on the platform. • Agree to the commission and payment terms established by MyAgenty.

7. Limitation of liability

MyAgenty acts exclusively as an intermediary platform. We are not responsible for: • The outcome of migration applications or processes. • The content of advice provided by agents. • Decisions made by Australian migration authorities. • Service interruptions caused by third parties (Google, hosting providers, etc.).

8. Intellectual property

All content on myagenty.com — including text, images, logo, and design — is the property of MyAgenty and is protected by Australian intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce it without written authorisation.

9. User conduc

By using MyAgenty you agree to: • Not provide false or misleading information. • Not use the platform for illegal activities. • Treat agents and other users of the platform with respect. • Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to platform systems or data.

10. Privacy

The use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy (myagenty.com/privacy-policy), which forms an integral part of these Terms of Service.

11. Changes to the service

MyAgenty reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable prior notice. We may also update these Terms periodically — we will notify you of significant changes by email.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of South Australia, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of South Australia.
