4. Google Calendar and Google Meet

MyAgenty integrates with Google Calendar and Google Meet to facilitate appointment coordination and video consultations. By using our platform:

• Agents authorise MyAgenty to access their Google Calendar to create appointment events.
• A Google Meet link is automatically generated for each confirmed appointment.
• Access to Google Calendar is strictly limited to the creation and management of MyAgenty appointments.
• We do not read, store, or share the content of other events in the agent’s calendar.

5. Data sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. We only share data with:

• Migration agents: the details needed to handle your appointment (name, email, reason for consultation).
